The jury for the 24th annual ANDAM award has been
unveiled, featuring Vogue Paris Editor-in-Chief Emmanuelle Alt.
Set up 23 years ago by Nathalie Dufour on the initiative of the French Ministry of Culture
the ANDAM (French National Association for the Development of the Arts and
Fashion) is designed to support the work of young designers and help fashion
professionals to establish themselves in France with men's and women's
ready-to-wear and accessories. The line-up for this year's ANDAM
jury has just been released, including Emmanuelle Alt,
editor-in-chief of Vogue Paris; Pierre Bergé of the Fondation
Pierre Bergé et Yves Saint-Laurent; Renzo
Rosso, mentor to the candidates this year, alongside other fashion and
luxury industry professionals. The jury will award two prizes, the Grand Prix
du Jury with a grant of €250,000 was awarded in 2010 to Hakaan,
in 2011 to Anthony Vacarello and to Julien David
in 2012; and the Prix des Premières Collections with a grant of €75,000 that
went to Pièce d’Anarchive last year.
