

"I have loved
designing a one-off print that brings together the many characteristics of the
Investec Derby Festival," Verhoeven said. "The event is known and
loved by many, so I wanted to create a piece which truly reflects the different
aspects, including the heritage, prestige and atmosphere, unique to the world's
greatest flat race."
Verhoeven has previously
worked with high-end fashion brands such as Mulberry, Louis Vuitton and
Versace. The design will appear on luxury cashmere picnic blankets.
