SEE
fashion stars such as Diane von Furstenberg, Calvin
Klein and Carolina Herrera through the eyes of Andy
Warhol, in a new exhibition of the artist's photography -
opening at the Privatus gallery in Mayfair on February 11. The display will
span Warhol's career, from the Sixties through to the Eighties.
Many of
the pictures, donated by art collector James Hedges, have never been seen by
the public since leaving Warhol's studio. The showcase will feature still-life
shots, travel photography and photobooth strips, in addition to candid and
witty images of stars such as Elizabeth Taylor, Mick
Jagger and David Hockney.
Situated
on Grosvenor Street, Privatus is a high-end private sales and advisory
company focused on unique collectibles and investments.
Andy
Warhol Photography opens at Privatus from February 11 until March 1. By
appointment only.
